GCDS Campers will learn life skills, make new friends, challenge themselves, and most importantly, have FUN! Our camp provides a traditional camp experience to all children ages 3-13.
Summer Camp Registration

June 23 - July 25 (no camp July 4)
GCDS Summer Camp offers three divisions:
- Three's Camp for three-year olds
- Lower Camp for ages 4 -5
- Upper Camp for ages 6 - 13
All campers are placed in groups according to their age on 6/30/25
Our campus facilities include 2 swimming pools, 4 gymnasiums, 4 tennis courts, a dance studio, a rock wall, a Performing Arts Center, a dining hall, GaGa Pits, playground structures, grass and turf playing fields, Technology and Creativity Labs, and air-conditioned classrooms.

Frequently Asked Questions
Campers are grouped with others of the same age. Each group will have up to 18 campers with 3-4 counselors, depending on the age of campers. Campers attending for all 5 weeks will be grouped together as much as possible.
Campers will only be assigned to a camp group after all medical information has been received. Please consider completing the necessary forms during the application process. Prompt submission of these materials is absolutely critical in the current public health environment.
Being with friends is an important part of camp. If friend pairings have been requested, we will make every effort to honor at least one friend request but cannot guarantee the request. We support all campers in making friends during their time at camp.
Yes. Just as in previous years, campers registered for multiple weeks will remain in their same camp group for all weeks. Campers attending for 5 weeks will be placed in the same group as much as possible.
The basic items campers need each day include: water bottle, sunscreen, bathing suit, flip-flops or water shoes, and towel. Swim goggles are optional. Campers should wear sneakers to camp for outdoor play.
Delicious, nutritious, individually packed lunches will be prepared by our dining hall staff each day.
Upper and Lower campers will eat family-style seating in the dining hall.
Three’s Camp Stay & Play, Stay & Swim campers will eat lunch in their camp rooms.
Yes, campers will be provided an individually packaged morning snack. This will typically be a type of crackers/pretzels snack or a variety of individually wrapped fruit. Due to allergy concerns, we ask that campers refrain from bringing ANY food to camp. We have campers with a wide variety of allergies and we want to ensure the safety of all.
Campers that are age 8 - 13 years old will have the opportunity to choose their own activities.
Yes! The 10-13 year old campers will head off campus 1-2 days per week. We will also be hosting exciting events at camp for "on campus field trips" for our younger campers

Both Lower and Upper Camp will have themed dress up days each Friday.
Theme Days:
- Week 1 - Beach Day
- Week 2 - Red, White, and Blue Day
- Week 3 - Superhero Day
- Week 4 - Jersey Day
- Week 5 - Color Cup! (Black and Orange)
Lower Camp will host fun and unique assemblies each Wednesday. Similarly, Upper Camp has planned a different performance or show each week that the whole Upper Camp will enjoy together.
Sunrise Club early drop-off is not available this year.
For any withdrawal from Summer Day Camp prior to March 1, 2025 a refund is given. Please note there will be a $250 non-refundable process fee. If the camper is withdrawn from any or all weeks, after March 1, no refund of tuition will be made, regardless of the subsequent absence, withdrawal, or dismissal from the Camp of the above camper.
